すると彼はこう言いました。
「描く時に聞いていた音楽」ならいいんですけど。
“どうも語るのが苦手なんです”と語っていました。
それもあるかもしれないけれど、それだけではきっとない。
ことばだけでは足りないから、ことばで語ることができない。
彼はそういうのでした。ことばでは十分に語れないから、
音楽で語りたいと。
作品『ムセイ/MUSEI』から流れてくるもの、それは白昼夢、いや暗夜夢であろうか。
指なのか馬なのか、その差す方向にあるものは夢想だろうか？
まあ世の中の一切は夢なのだ。そう思うことにしよう。
だからいつもは饒舌な文章家のわたしですが、説明は控えることにしました。
この絵を抱いて夢をみてみようか。
※uttelier/ウッテリエとはモノづくりのソムリエ（utte + sommelier）の造語です。
we asked Mr.Hirata comment for the work then he said,
“I can describe my feeling through the music albums when I listened while the drawing instead of words or comment.”
he said he is weak on making comments but I think this is not only the reason. He cannot describe the feeling because the words are not sufficient for his works.
the flow from "Musei" expression might be daydreaming, or nightdreaming.
what is it in the direction of the finger or the horse? is it a vision of dream?
in the end, the all of the exsitings are our dreams.
so I abstain comments on the works. dream the a wet dream with the work.

複製画の頒布の理由ですが、作者自身が原画を手元に置いておきたい、しかしできるだけ多くの人に作品を愉しんでもらいたい、そんなアンビバレントな思いの折衷です。だたし「どうしても原画が欲しい」と思われる方は、utteまでご連絡をください。その思いをお伺いして、作者の平田さんと相談をしてお答えをいたします。
