utteの作品販売について

utte shopで取り扱う作品は、クリエイターによる一品ずつ制作された商品です。現品の作品販売、受注後制作品販売、そして特別注文があります。

現品　：　一点モノ作品。陶器のように複数個制作される場合もあります。
受注後制作　：　見本作品を元に、ご発注を頂いてから制作にかかります。
特別注文：　あなただけの作品をお作りするもの。お客さまのご要望（カタチ・色・素材・サイズ等）をお伺いした上で制作にかかります。

サービスについて

utte shopではクリエイティブサービス販売もしております。フォトサービス、ウエディングプラン、ライブペインティングなどです。これらはお客さまとご相談の上、お見積もり、提供しております。

作品やサービスのさがしかた

utte shopでの通常販売の購入はどなたでもできます。
購入の流れを『作品からさがす』で説明します。

作品からさがすをクリックすると、くらし・ファッションなどのジャンルが表れます。それぞれのカテゴリーごとに作品が陳列されています。
『素材からさがす』では、素材ジャンルが紙製・布製・木製などに分かれます。素材ジャンルごとに作品をお選びいただけます。
『クリエイターをさがす』から各クリエイターの紹介ページにゆきますと、作品リストがあります。
『世界観からさがす』は熱・冷・心・愛・技・香・鱗という7つのキーワードがあります。その意味は項目説明（クリックでポップアップ）に記されていますので、あえて書きません。四角いチェックボックスにチェックをして、検索ボタンを押すとキーワードにマッチする作品が一覧できます。

現品のご内覧について

作品により現品または見本品、作品ポートフォリオ等をアートマルシェ神田（utteの活動拠点）にてご覧頂けます。作品を生でご覧頂きお確かめ頂いてからご購入が可能です。電子メール[utte（アット）utte.co.jp ]またはお電話で、utte/アートマルシェ神田に「XXXX作品見学希望」とご予約ください。

JR・TX・東京メトロ秋葉原駅より徒歩3分、都営地下鉄岩本町駅より徒歩2分です。

my collectionについて

my collectionでは、わたしのお気にいりのクリエイターの作品、購入検討中の作品を登録し、保存しておくことができます。
利用にはサポーター会員登録（無料）が必要です。すでにサポーター会員登録済みの方は、ログインすることでmy collectionを利用できます。
作品ページに表示される『my collectionする』ボタンをクリックしてください。該当作品がmy collectionに追加されます。後日再びログインした際、すぐに“わたしのお気に入り”をチェックすることができます。

購入について

utte shopでのお買い物は日本にお住まいの方でも、海外にお住まいの方でも、どなたでもできます。ぬくもりのオンライン販売をご利用いただくか、もしくは現品をアートマルシェ神田でご覧頂いた上で、ご購入いただけます。

ご購入は各作品の説明の中に記されている、お問い合わせもしくは購入申し込みの流れに沿ってご連絡をください。電子メールまたはお電話によるお申込みでご購入いただけます。

ご購入お申込みに対して、utteよりご要望の仕様、価格、納期、ラッピング等を確認いたします。お客さまがutteからの返信を確認時点で、ご注文となります。特別注文の際は、お客さまからのご要望をうかがうだけでなく、飾りたい・使いたいシーンを想像して「それならこんなサイズや色はいかがですか？」「こんな額縁はいかがですか？」とご提案もいたします。

お支払いについて

utteではご購入のご連絡を頂き、納期、総額、ラッピング等を確認させて頂いた上で総額をお伝えいたします。お支払い方法は3つご用意いたしました。

＊商品の性質上、お振込後のキャンセル、返品はお受けできません。予めご了承くださいませ。
＊振込み人名は必ずご注文者様のお名前でお振込み下さいますようお願いいたします。
＊『受注番号』を振り込み人名の前に入れてください。
例　090115P00001　ヤマダハナコ（お名前をカタカナで）
受注番号はメールの件名に記載されております。（ATMにより、入らない場合は結構です。）

クレジットカード

ペイパル/クレジットカードでお支払いご希望の方は、お支払い金額の確定後、ペイパルの画像をクリックして、かんたんな会員登録（無料）でお支払いができます。

ペイパルの手数料については各作品販売サイトをご覧ください。

※PayPal (ペイパル) とは、すぐに誰でもカンタンに、お得に、安全に使える、世界標準のオンライン決済サービスです。PayPal のご利用は、いつでも安全安心。クレジットカード番号など、支払いに必要なお客様の個人情報は、PayPal に登録しておくだけ。支払い相手には一切知らせる必要がありません。お客様は安心して安全なお買い物が楽しめます。

代金引き換え

お伺いする運送業者へのお支払いをお願いします（現金支払いのみ）。
手数料は集金額が1万円未満が315円、1万円以上3万円未満420円、3万円以上10万円未満が630円、10万円以上30万円まで1,050円です。金額は税込み作品の金額です。金額は2008年3月1日現在です。

現品作品の販売、受注後制作品の販売については、1、2、3のいずれかでお支払いいただきます。ただし特別注文の場合は、受注後の制作となりますので、1または2の方法でご入金を確認させて頂いたのち、制作にかからせていただきます。

特別注文での作品購入のながれを説明します

utteでは特別注文の作品制作をうけたまわります。

通常販売にない作品の制作依頼、サイズや色の変更、たったひとつだけの贈りものを演出する「ことば」や「お名前」を作品に入れるなど、わがままかな？と思わずにご相談ください。
さらにパンフレットや招待状の制作、パーティでの装飾、手作り教室など、クリエイティビティを活かしたサービスのご相談もあずかります。

utteとの電子メールもしくは電話での連絡を経て、仕様や料金、配送料金、お届けまでの期間などを決めます。お客さまのご購入の決定メール、もしくはutteからの仕様や金額確認のお知らせのメール受領から7日以内に、指定銀行口座へご入金をいただくか、ペイパルにてお支払いをお願いいたします。ご入金が確認出来ない場合、制作にはかかりません。

配送について

作品の配送は、当社指定の運送会社を通じて行います。
お届け先は、お届け先は、日本国内だけでなく、海外発送もご利用いただけます。
当社及び運送会社は、作品お届け時に開梱・設置及び梱包材の回収等は行いません。
配送時間帯指定がある場合には、ご注文時に配送希望時間帯をお知らせください。
ご注文からお届けまでの期間は作品により異なります。utteより最短の配送日を連絡いたします。
作品によってはクリエイターから直送の作品もあります。複数ご購入の場合、配送が別々になることがあります。ご了承ください。
ご注文者とお届け先が異なる場合は、ご注文者とお届け先が異なる場合は、配送先のお名前、郵便番号、住所、電話番号をお知らせください。
各作品のサイズと重量で、本州、北海道・四国・九州（離島を除く）、沖縄（離島を除く）に料金区分を設定しております。諸条件により変動がありますので、ご購入の際にお知らせをいたします。
海外発送については国内発送とは送料が異なります。別途お問い合わせください。

ギフト包装について

ギフト包装をオプションでうけたまわります。utteでは作品をさりげなくひきたてる、ナチュラルで温かい包装をいたします。作品の配送上の気遣いと環境保護の視点から、シンプルで安心な包装を心がけています。複数ご購入の場合、どの作品をギフト包装するかお伝えください。

キャンセル・取り替え・返品

作品の性質上、瑕疵（キズや欠陥など）がある場合を除き、キャンセル・取り替え・返品はお受けできません。
お届けした作品に損傷などがある場合、お届け後7日以内にutteに連絡をお願いします。お届けした作品の状況をお伺いし、作品に瑕疵があるとutteが判断した場合、お取り替え、修正等をさせていただきます。utteからの連絡後、7日以内に現品をご返送ください。
お届け先は次の通りです。お届け時の状態（箱、作品、梱包材等）のまま、ご返送ください。返送料金はutteで負担いたします。

About Creative Works at utte shop

The works in our shop are created one by one, by the registered creators. There are three types of works;

originals: the only one item like a painting.
ordered: copied originals.
special ordered: the works made by orders. based on customers requests, such as color, size, materials etc.

About Creative Service

Creative Service is services of photography,live painting, wedding planning, etc. We estimate based on your requests.

How to find out works and services

There are three ways of search; from genre of works, genre of materials and creators.

About Private View of the Originals

You can come to see works or portfolio to our gallery Art Marche KANDA for private view. Please send message what you want to see or what you want to be informed on your requests by e-mail.　[ utte(at)utte.co.jp] We arrange day and time for the view.

About Purchase

We sell creative works internationally. You can visit our website, www.utte.co.jp, or our real site, Art Marche KANDA.

When purchasing, please follow the purchasing step described in each works and services in English. All purchasing are orders through e-mails.

When ordering, we confirm specs, prices, delivery term, and wrapping. After customer confirm it the order is completed. On your special order request, we make some counter-offers such as size or colors or a painting flame closely for your interior upon your requests.

About Payment

Payment methods are three types.

1. Bank Transfer

Transferring money to our bank account AFTER the total amout of your purchase is agreed.

In some case such as you order two or more items the delivery charge may be reduced.

Money transfer fee is paid by customers.

2. Paypal Credit

Once you are informed the total amount, you will then leave utte site to go to Paypal a secure payment site. After very easy membership application, you can pay with secured transaction with your credit card or bank depsite card.

The transaction requied the paypal fee. Please refer to each art works site.

3. Cash on Delivery(COD)

You can choose COD for the payment. Payment is to be paid to a delivery person.

Transaction fee is 315 JPY under the payment of 10,000 JPY, 420 JPY over 10,000 to under30,000 JPY, 630 JPY over 30,000 to under 100,000 JPY, 1,050 JPY over 100,000 to under 300,000. These amounts are including GCT as of March 1, 2010.

The payment of the originals and the ordered works is by 1 or 2 or 3. However the special ordered payment is by 1 or 2.

About Delivery

Delivery is by our designated carriers.
Overseas carriage is available.
We and delivery carriers do not open boxes, display and collect carton boxes.
In case you request delivery day and time, inform us in the order e-mail.
Delivery termes for will be advised by email.
Some orders are direct delivery to from the creators. Plural orders may be delivered separately.
In case you want to send us to other address, please inform us delivery information of name, postal code, address, telephone number.
Delivery charges are various in the area and its size. Charge will be advised by email.
Delivery for international orders will be advised by email.
A tracking number is e-mailed to the customer on despatch.

About Gift Wrapping

We offer gift wrapping with very natural, tasteful and eco-conscious. This is option service.

About Returns Policy

As the works we offer are ART WORK we cannot accept your cancel, return or/and refund provided that works are damaged.

If there are damages, please contact us by phone/email/fax within 7 days after delivery. When we hear the condition of damages or other flaws and confirm the conditon, we advice you to send it back and recover the items. Please send us it within 7 days after the confirmation. Remember that the parcel and the contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The return delivery cost will be paid by utte.

About Purchasing through utte internet shop

If you want to send the purchased goods FROM utte shop to other countries,you can shop BY CONSUMPTION TAX FREE （5％）.

When purchasing, please follow the purchasing step described in each works and services in English. All purchasing are orders through e-mails or by phone. We advice you the total payment including delivery charges. Delivery will be by EMS (Express Mail Service) or other carriers. Custom Tax and other charges in you country is paid by the purchaser.
